Please report changes to departure and arrival times in good time for ice breaking

If you need ice-breaking services, please contact Port Service.

Three (3) hours’ notice of departure must be given. If your ship will arrive during the night, advance notice must be given to Port Service. If the arrival or departure time of the vessel changes, please inform Port Service.

Tug services or clearing the ice from between the vessel and the quay are not part of normal ice-breaking services. If you need tug or minor ice-clearing services, please order and pay for the service separately by contacting Port Service.
